Sue Melton is the Director of Marketing with the Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau though she is actually employed by 4 different area non-profits. Prior to becoming a marketing professional, Sue was a welder for 16 years. The journey that a person goes through to so completely reroute their live I found fascinating and am glad to be able to share it with you.
