I have known Barb for some time and I can honestly say that she is a real gem. Retired from Alliant Energy, Barb is not only involved with so many good things in Janesville - from Rotary Gardens and the Bower City Garden Club to Janesville Presents - but she also paints, published a cook book full of tried and true recipes (in fact the book is called "Tried and True") and is even a realtor. As Barb says: "if you can help, you should."
I just discovered this series of interviews, and am really happy to see Barb get an opportunity to talk about her art and volunteering. She's a special lady!
